Auctioneers Note about Auction Pickup: This home is located on a dead end street in an older section of town. The lot is 45′ wide by 100′ long. The homes in the area have mostly on street parking. There is a very narrow concrete driveway (7-8′) that runs down along the right side of the home and goes to a Garage door on the right at the rear of the home. Lot #2436-2508 will come out the front door of the home. Lots #2509-2607 are in the basement (Basement access is through a set of stairs that comes up into the garage). Lots 2608-2656 are in the garage. Approx. 150 lots will come out of the garage door. We are NOT going to be able to have anyone park in the driveway as that is the only means of access to the street. The Property line is the edge of the Driveway. A fence/row of bushes comes up from the rear of the property and blocks about 2/3 of the driveway to the right. The Driveway is not wide enough for a large truck or trailer to access. All items are likely going to have to be wheeled/carried from the garage to the street. We will have several Dollies and 4 wheel carts available. If you have a hand truck it would be smart to bring one with you.
VERY IMPORTANT: I will have an older staff at the Auction Pickup on Friday. I WILL NOT have staff to carry or move your items. If you are buying big items you must provide your own labor to move your items. This is especially true with the larger tools/equipment in the basement.
