Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open soon! You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Thursday February 23rd, 2023. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Selbyville, DE on Sunday February 26th from 10 AM – 2 PM. This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up by 2 PM Sunday February 26th, 2023 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2 Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. You are responsible for ensuring that you have removed all of your items before leaving the pickup site.
Shipping: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the one of thee 3rd Party Shippers that we use including a UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE or Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Some Larger items in this Auction Will not be shippable and will require local Pickup @ the Auction Site. We can transport larger items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site for you for a fee. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly.
Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the home on Tuesday February 21st from 4 PM – 6 PM The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
