Auctioneers Note: This will be a very large auction w/3 auctioneers selling something for everyone. Warren along with his brothers took over the Allen’s family poultry business. Warren worked at his desk right up to the end. Allen served in Delaware’s House of Representatives (1946-1952). He was the House Minority Leader during his 3rd & final term. In addition Allen served 18 years (14 as chairman) on the DE Mental Health Commission. He also was a longtime board member of the Bank of DE & served several years as a member of the DE Business Round Table. Warren was a founding member of the SG&CC as well as a long time member of the RB&CC. We are also selling Items from the Estate of Elmer Ruark, Former Mayor of Salisbury from 1974-1982.
