We have chosen this location in an effort to find a centralized area with adequate Internet and Cell service. SAVANNAH ROAD BIDDING NOTE: We will have an Auction Co. Staff member at the Property on Savannah Road at 12 PM on the 19th of Sept., 2015. If you wish to attend the Auction there you will be able to bid from the property with your bids being relayed by Cell Phone to the Live Auction Event in Trappe, MD. We have tested Cell Phone Service from the Property and it appears to be more than Adequate. However we can’t be responsible for loss of Signal due to Cell Tower, Atmospheric or Weather conditions.
