Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding openned on Wed. June 1st. You can bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wed. July 6th, 2016. 1 lot will end Approx. every 30 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Directions: Our Auction Facility is located in Parsonsburg on the Eastern Shore of Maryland Approx. 100 Miles north of Norfolk, VA, 55 Miles South of Dover, DE, 100 East of Washington, DC and 18 miles West of Ocean City, MD. At the intersection of Rt. 50 and the Rt. 13 Bypass merge onto Rt. 50 East towards Ocean City and follow for 3.9 miles to the intersection of Rt. 50 & Forest Grove Rd. Turn North (left) onto Forest Grove Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to Old Ocean City Rd. Right onto Old O. C. Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to Esham Rd. Left onto Esham Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to burgundy/tan building on left.

Pick Up Dates: All shipping will be done through UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD. If items are not being shipped they must be picked up at the Allen & Marshall Auction Facility on Saturday July 9th from 9 AM-12 Noon. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
Shipping: Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC does not offer shipping. However, shipping is available through the local UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD. Please contact Milt at 410-749-5070. Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC has no affiliation with the Pack and Ship store and has no control over pick-up fees or shipping freight fees through the UPS Store.
