Item Locations: The items in this sale are located at two different locations. One on Stephen Decatur Hwy in Ocean City and the other is at our Esham Road, Parsonsburg, MD facility. The Ocean City location is packed from floor to ceiling and is was too small to stage all of the items. The Larger items including the Trailers, Vans, Skid Steer, Scissor lift, other larger tools and equipment have been brought back to our Parsonsburg location for your viewing pleasure. The items will be notated in the catalog at which location they are stored.

Auction Preview Esham Road: One Auction preview Date will be held for the Larger Items including Trailers, Vans, Skid Steer, Scissor lift etc… on Saturday Nov. 11th from 1 PM – 3 PM. Most of these items will be parked outside of the building at 8000 Esham Road. If you are interested in the Exterior of the items the gate is normally from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday. Keys will be available to start the items from 1-3 PM on the 11th of November.

Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open on or around the 6th of October, 2017. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday Nov. 15th, 2017. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date/Time Stephen Decatur Highway: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Stephen Decatur Hwy on Saturday November 18th, 2017 from 9 AM – 1 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Time is of the essence removing the equipment from the unit where the items are located. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up for you during the scheduled time. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers does not ship items. However, shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store in Salisbury MD. Contact Milt at 410-749-0750. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
