Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on SATURDAY December 15th, 2018 from 9 AM – 12 Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The home is getting listed first thing Monday morning. Items not picked up by 12 noon on Saturday Dec. 15th, 2018 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company. NOTE: This home is going to settlement a few days after the Auction Pickup. At 12 PM we will start to clean out the home and remove all left over items and clean the home out. If you do not pick your items up by 12 PM they will be disposed of unless you make arrangements for their transport.
