Personal Property Preview: Two open house preview days will be held on Friday December 30th from 5-7PM and Monday January 2nd from 5-7pm.
Pick-up day: Will be Friday January 6th from 12noon-6pm. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Owner of the Property/Auction Company.
