Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday January 27th, 2017 from 9 AM – 12 Noon. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The owners are starting renovation on the house the following day. Items not picked up by 12 noon on Saturday January 27, 2018 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
Shipping: Allen & Marshall Auctioneers does not ship items. However, shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store in Seaford DE or Salisbury MD. The UPS Store of Seaford is Locally owned and operated by Steve & Connie Ennis 23000 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE 19973. (302) 629-8771. They are located about 7 miles from the Home. We have made arrangements with them to come to the home and pickup items that need to be shipped. Please make contact with them is you have any questions or to coordinate your shipment. If you want to use another shipper you are responsible for contacting them and ensuring that they can pick the items up at the home between the hours of 9 AM & 12 Noon on Saturday January 27th, 2017.
