Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open on or around the 13th of Sept. 2017. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday Oct. 11th, 2017. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Friday October 13th, 2017 from 4PM-7PM. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 8PM on Friday October 14th, 2017 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
