Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding opened on the 5th of October. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday October 26th, 2016. 1 lot will end Approx. every 1 minute. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick-Up Date: Time is of the essence removing the equipment. Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday October 29th from 2-4pm or by appointment. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone pick your items up for you during the scheduled time.
