Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding will open no later than Monday Oct. 28th. You can bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wed. November 4th. 1 lot will end every minute. With 151 lots the auction will last about 3 hours. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Personal Property Preview: The items being sold have been removed from a Gated Waterfront Community in DE and relocated to our facility at 8000 Esham Road in Parsonsburg, MD. Two open house preview days will be held on Wednesday October 28th from 4-7PM. And Friday October 30th from 4-7pm.
Pick Up Dates: There will be no Shipping available. Items must be picked up at 8000 Esham Road, Parsonsburg, MD on Friday November 6th, 2015 from 12 noon-6pm. There are over 300 Pictures available online at www.AMauctions.com! Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, Boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property.
