Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is now open You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on s Date to be Determined. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

LOGISTICAL NOTE: This is a 3 Story Town home/Condo Unit. The 1st floor is raised up Approx. 4 foot with access through a front set of steps and a 2nd set of steps through the 2 Car garage. The 1st Floor contains a foyer, living room area and office area plus access to the garage. The 2nd floor has the main living area with Kitchen, Living room and Bedroom. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms. There is a Small personal size elevator with a 750 Lb weight limit that runs between the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors. The Elevator is 40″ Deep, 28″ wide and 78″ Tall. Smaller pcs of furniture may be able to fit into the elevator to move items down. The Stairwells are Approx. 34″ Wide. The stairwell between the 1st and 2nd floors has one 90 degree turn. The Stairwell from the 2nd to the 3rd floor is “U” Shaped and has 2 turns. We will have a staff of 4-5 personnel to assist customers in finding their items. I am not going to have staff to move your items down the stairs and out of the home. If you need help moving your items out than you must bring that labor with you.
NOTE ON LARGE TRUCKS/TRUCKS WITH TRAILERS: This unit it at the end of the townhome facility and there is no space to turn around at the end if you have a large truck and trailer. You may need to back into the parking area.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Ocean City, MD on Saturday Dec. 17th, 2022 from 9 AM – 12 Noon. This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up by 12 Noon on Saturday Dec. 17th, 2022 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2 Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. You are responsible for ensuring that you have removed all of your items before leaving the pickup site.
Shipping: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE or a shipper of buyer’s choice. We can transport items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly.
Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the home on Tuesday December 13th, 2022 from 4 PM – 5 PM @ the home. The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
