Personal Property Preview: Two open house preview days will be held Thursday December 10th from 4-6 PM and Saturday December 12th from 9 AM-12 PM.
Pickup/Removal of items: There will be no Shipping available for this Auction. Pick-up dates will be Saturday December 20th from 9am-5pm and for the following two weeks by appointment only!! All items will be disconnected from their electrical source, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to dissemble and remove any and all equipment and components. Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the building in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, strapping, lifting/jacking equipment, wheel carts/dollies, pallet jacks or forklifts needed to remove your items from the property.
