Firearm Procedures: The firearms have remained in the possession of the Personal Representative for the Estate. We can sell the long guns (Rifles & Shotguns) to a Virginia Resident without doing a federal Background check. We will have buyers fill out a modified 4473 from for us to maintain in our records of who purchased the firearm. Non VA Residents or handgun buyers will have to go to an FFL Dealer to have those firearms transferred. We can bring firearms back to MD and do Maryland Transfers in Parsonsburg, MD.
