This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday March 30th from 2pm – 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The home is going to settlement first thing Monday morning. Items not picked up by 5pm on Saturday March 30th will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
