Pick Up Dates: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site. We will have staff onsite on FRIDAY MAY 24th, 2019 from 4 PM – 7 PM. We are willing to stay later if necessary. We are adding additional time on Saturday Morning the 25th from 7 AM – 9 AM. This is early but it should be fairly quiet in Berlin at that time of the morning with plenty of parking available on the street and behind the building. We are being provided access to the building though the owner and this is when we are scheduled to be onsite. Time is of the essence removing the Furniture. Anything left on the lot at that time will be considered abandoned. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND the store is main street in Berlin and parking WILL BE LIMITED. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower to move your own items. Buyer should bring any required tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up for you during the scheduled time.
