Anything left on the lot at that time will be considered abandoned and will convey with the property. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up for you during the scheduled time.
