Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding will open on on or about the 10th of July 2017. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday July 26, 2017. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. Pick Up Dates: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Friday July 28th, 2017 from 5 PM-8 PM. NO EXEPTIONS. The owners have sold the home and are going to settlement the following week. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up you are responsible for designating someone to pick the items up for you. If you need items shipped we recommend you contact Milt with the UPS Store at 410-749-5070 and make arrangements for him to pick your items up. Items not picked up by 8PM on Friday July 28th, 2017 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
