Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Friday August 30th from 4 PM – 7 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The home is getting listed first thing Monday morning. Items not picked up by 7 PM on Friday August 30th, 2019 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
PICK UP NOTE: If you bring a Large truck or are pulling a trailer you will need to back down the driveway. There is no space to turn around a large truck or vehicle pulling a trailer. We will have a staff member onsite to assist with access to the Driveway. Approx. 8-10 vehicles can fit in the driveway at one time.
