Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding will open on Wednesday July 27th. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday August 31st, 2016. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. WEATHER STATEMENT – Pick Up Dates: Due to the impending inclement weather we will be offering two pick up Dates for this Auction. All items should be picked up at the Auction Site in Hebron, MD on Friday Sept. 2nd from 5-6 PM or Saturday September 3rd from 9am-11am. It appears the weather may worsen Friday night into Saturday morning. We will be sending an email to all of the buyers who won items at the auction. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled you are responsible for designating someone pick your items up for you during the scheduled time. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers does not ship items. However, shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store in Salisbury MD. Contact Milt at 410-749-0750.
