Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is now open. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on Tuesday Sept. 26th, 2023 at 5 PM. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Tasley, VA on Saturday September 30th, 2023 from 3 PM – 5 PM. This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. This Auction Site is 65+ miles from our Auction Facility. Items not picked up by 5 PM on Saturday September 23rd, 2023 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2: Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. #4: Buyer is responsible for verifying that you have all of your items before leaving the property. #5: Many of the items in this Auction will be large pieces of wood working equipment. Local pickup of all large equipment will be required @ the Auction Pickup Site in Tasley, VA!
IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION: ALL ITEMS must be picked up and removed from the Premises on Saturday the 30th of Sept., 2023 from 3-5 PM. We have 2 Auction Pickups on this Day. We are in Pocomoke MD in the Morning from 9 AM – 12 PM. Then we will head down to Tasley, VA. The owner of the property in Tasley is leasing the building and the new tenant wants to be in the building the 1st week of October. All items must be removed on this date. There will be no exceptions. Many of the items in this Auction will be large and require you to bring your own labor to move those items. Ensure that you bring the proper sized vehicle to be able to haul your items and and Equipment/Manpower that you will need to move your items. Local pickup of all large equipment will be required @ the Auction Pickup Site in Tasley, VA!
Shipping/Hauling: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available on most small items through one of three 3rd Party Shippers we utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We can transport smaller items the 65 miles back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates. Local pickup of all large equipment will be required @ the Auction Pickup Site in Tasley, VA! This service will be available for small items only!
Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the home on Saturday Sept. 23rd 2 PM – 3 PM! The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
