You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on THURSDAY September 28th, 2023 at 5 PM. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Ocean Pines, MD on Saturday September 30th, 2023 from 9 PM -12 Noon. This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the business for Pickup. Items not picked up by 12 Noon Saturday September 30th, 2023 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2: Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle #3: Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the building as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. #4: Buyer is responsible for verifying that you have all of your items before leaving the property.
Shipping: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of three 3rd Party Shippers we utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We can transport smaller items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates.
AUCTIONEERS NOTE ON HAULING/SHIPPING: This building is on ground level. There is not a loading ramp/pit to back up to to load. There will be large items & Large Groups of items in this auction that are not Shippable/Haul-able by the Auction Co. and will require local pickup or for you to arrange a freight/truck hauling service. I am not going to have the capacity on my 14′ trailer to haul pieces of equipment, large tools, ladders, pipe, large furniture, file cabinets, HVAC units, Shelving Units/Contents of Shelving units, Generators, Gas Bottles, Vehicles, Backhoe. If you purchase Large Items/Large Groups of items you need to plan on picking those items up on Saturday 9/30/23 from 9 AM -12 Noon. We have a 2nd Auction Pickup in Tasley Virginia that Afternoon so please arrive on time. The Owner of the Property is going to be leasing the building and the Tenant wants to move in immediately so time is of the essence in removing items from the property.
Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the home on Tuesday September 26th, 2023 from 5 PM – 6 PM The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
